Why Choose Vanuatu?
If you’re seeking a genuine “land of opportunity” where businesses can gain a first-mover advantage with minimal competition, enjoy year-round sunshine and warm weather, and want to live in a true safe haven amid an increasingly unstable world, then Vanuatu is the ideal destination for you.
Additionally, citizens of countries often barred from CBI programs (Russia, Belarus, etc.) are eligible for Vanuatu citizenship

The Vanuatu citizenship by investment program is largely popular because Vanuatu is one of the world’s last remaining truly tax-free jurisdictions. It has also recently passed regulatory framework for cryptocurrency via the Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) Act.

Investment Options
Option 1: Capital Investment Immigration Plan (CIIP)
The Capital Infusion Immigration Initiative was created under Section 13C of the Citizenship Act (CAP 112). The objective of this program is to generate funding to facilitate investments in key industries as outlined in the Citizenship (CIIP) Regulation Order No. 8 of 2024.
Starting from $110,000 + a refundable $50,000 investment and a $5,000 Due Diligence fee to the Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit as of May 2025. This covers a family of up to four and facilitates the naturalization of applicants as Ni-Vanuatu citizens. The Due Diligence process generally takes approximately 5-7 days.
The investment is paid to the Vanuatu Coffee Impact Fund after citizenship approval, and the client receives a payment receipt, investment certificate, and citizenship certificate. The $50,000 investment is refundable after 4 years.
There is the option of getting an early refund from the Investment Fund of $25,000 after 2 years instead of the full 4 years, however this forfeits the remaining $25,000 in this scenario.
